Identity Structure Analysis Training Workshop
INTRODUCTION
This two-day workshop is devoted to the groundbreaking Identity Structure Analysis (ISA) approach and the powerful technology behind it. The
workshop will be a thought-provoking yet practical event.
Learn in detail about the fascinating ISA approach and its extensive uses in Human Resources, Clinical Psychology, Social Research and more. Also,
find out how to build your own customised Identity instrument and how to analyse individuals results using ISA's dedicated software, Ipseus.
ISA, developed by Professor Peter Weinreich of the University of Ulster (UUJ), is primarily a social measurement technique which draws on theories
and approaches from Psychology, Sociology and Social Anthropology.
ISA goes beyond looking at personality. By using ISA one can assess a person's values and beliefs, characteristics and aspirations over time
(providing a developmental history) and in the context of other people, places and things (providing an overview of relationships). It is a
flexible, multi-dimensional approach not to mention an excellent exploratory tool.
