How it does it
The ipseus software procedures enable the following actions:
- Generating and editing customised identity instruments
- Enabling participants in a study to appraise themselves and their social worlds by way of the customised instruments
- Instant computation of ISA parameters of identity
- Immediate production of comprehensive reports on participants' identity processes
All initial analyses proceed as individual case-studies (i.e., idiographic mode). Subsequently, follow-up comparisons
over time (i.e., longitudinal mode, from phase 1 to phase 2 to phase 3) may be readily carried out. Group comparisons
(i.e., nomothetic mode) may also be readily made, which uniquely fully incorporate all features of the individual
case-studies (i.e., using fully the results obtained in the idiographic mode).
