A postgraduate module is currently under preparation and awaiting validation by the University of Ulster. This credit-bearing on-line module could be available in early 2012 through the Ulster Business School, University of Ulster. Being on-line the module will be accessible over the internet anywhere to a computer registered to the module.

The 'Identity Exploration and Measurement' Module is designed to give participants knowledge and understanding, as well as practice in the design and use, of a robust and sensitive psychological methodology for better understanding individuals, teams, organisations and other collectives including, inter alia, racial and ethnic groupings within society. The module will review theoretical and empirical approaches to the assessment of identity processes, introduce the ISA conceptual framework of psychological concepts and process postulates, and give practical tuition in the use of the Ipseus software that facilitates the use of ISA in empirical investigations of identity processes. Using Ipseus, identity instrument are created in the cultural idiom informed by the indigenous world-view of heritage cultures.
